I had the opportunity to experience the game’s campaign build, the first level of the first year, first hand, and here’s how I felt after playing it.

After a fun little cinematic introduction, it’s time to build the university of your dreams as you begin to create and manage your college campus, and just like in Two Point Campus, you can build your rooms, each with a slightly larger base size and a few key and optional objects to place inside.

I chose to play with the controller and the placement and building of these things felt natural, as we’ve come to expect from Two Point Hospital, all the redecorating options and current rooms are still there and in some cases additional objects need to be added to existing spaces to get the job done, but one thing feels clear, this is an improvement and an example of a mistake, if something isn’t broken don’t bother Fix it, and please don’t get me wrong, there are obvious improvements, but the team isn’t trying to recreate the mechanics or gameplay style.

I find myself tasked with expanding areas of learning to help my students get better grades, I like that this is a focus for reflection, my meetings aren’t long enough to do much hiring and firing of staff, but I’m curious to know if grades will reflect on the class instructors and how that affects the game.
