resident evil Hello guys, welcome back to the resident evil fact series where I will be talking about some of the franchise’s best kept secrets, my name is Manny and today we will be featuring the 2002 resident evil remake, directed by Shinju Makami. It is considered the best remake ever made and look what I did with it, it is a game that many fans of the series love. 20 facts you may not know about the game today we will cover some of the deepest secrets of the game including story lore facts and more so bring in the equipment for your rocket launcher and try not to get squished into a Jill sandwich here are 20 facts about resident evil 2002 remake of the device you had to put the MO disk in the release door of the cell was actually a slightly modified Gamecube console the Gamecube was easily one of Nintendo’s best consoles, I used to own one when I was a kid and I remember playing games like Animal Crossing and Super Smash Bros. fighting ah, those were the good old days old times, but i never really noticed that these mo disc consoles looked just like a gamecube, or at least a modified version of the gamecube, games originally didn’t have door loading screens because the gamecube was powerful enough not to need them remember that the gamecube was a very powerful console, which was crazy but the fans didn’t like that decision So Capcom added it back into the game, which makes sense, I mean, the door loading screen is very iconic, you remember in RESIDENT EVIL 2 when you go through a door and you hear zombies and then when you load up the next scene they literally appear on the screen and you just open a door and boom, it’s like oh my of God, bro.
The logo style used for the games released on the Playstation and Dreamcast was red bold capital letters, but when the series was transferred to the Gamecube in 2002 with the biohazard remake, the logo style was changed to dark and stylized lowercase letters in the room with the ceiling trap, I should say the Jill sandwich room, there was an uncolored umbrella logo in the center of the floor. I don’t know how many times I’ve played the 2002 remake but I never noticed this, am I the only one, come on, I can’t be the only one, give me a break.
In January 2015, Capcom released an HD version of the game called resident evil HD Remastered, if you don’t know, this is resident evil’s eighth release, which is interesting because people don’t know that the 2002 version of the game is a remake, but the version we’re playing now on modern platforms is actually a remake of a remake, so technically it’s the only resident evil game that’s both a remake and a remaster, and I think it’s interesting that it never mentions Raccoon City’s exact location in the US, but in the game based novel written by SD Perry apparently Raccoon City is located in Pennsylvania. This is the only RESIDENT EVIL game that allows the player to use the M202a1 flash, a flame-attack shoulder weapon with a four-shot rocket launcher, but this weapon is only available to I mean, guys, what the hell did the tyrant do to us?” Homie “was gawking and all of a sudden, oh, shoot, man, you ruined his day.
” The “wooden badge” and the “gold badge” both have an ancient Greek text on them.” The “wooden badge” is the one in the restaurant, and the “gold badge” is the one you find in the piano room, where Jill Valentine is playing the piano.
The text contains non-Greek English words that translate to “with life comes hope,” and what they mean is that as long as we continue to live, eventually we’ll get a remake of RESIDENT EVIL 4. My viewer friends with arachnophobia, directly behind this cemetery, all the tombstones have ancient Greek writing on them, each stone has a word that fanatically translates to Chap Chom, which actually means Capcom, you know Chap Chomp Capcom, well, stupid joke, you can actually see this writing on the tombstones in the foreground, and once again I Never noticed anything, am I just blind, or are the gamers really that mysterious, it’s a technically not inside I mean, there are 12 different endings that can be unlocked depending on certain choices made during the course of the game, but none of those endings go into the continuity established by the later games in the series.
