Resident Evil Village will be much bigger than Re7. But how much do we really know about its map. Thanks to the map that comes with the game’s Collector’s Edition, we know quite a bit. The castle Dimitrescu seems to take center stage, and it’s clear that it’s going to be a pretty big location. The village itself is quite large and spread out, from the drawbridge and the mill to the sluice gates and windmills. There are quite a few landmarks here as well. There are also a number of other interesting looking locations that will likely play a role in the game, such as House Beneviento and Heisenberg’s Factory. It also looks like there is a lake next to the factory south of the castle that is locked by the aforementioned sluice gate. There is a huge aquatic creature on the map, and it seems we are going to fight it at some point.
