When you have finished the section of House Benevento, go back to the village and get the “Broken Slab” from the graveyard.

Then go back to the location shown in the screenshot, After defeating the mini-boss, look at the tombstone and use the “Broken Slate” to get Benevento’s treasure – Berengario’s Chalice.
