Chris finds the giant Megamycete in some ruins. It’s a giant clump of parasites which have grouped together in to a disturbing shape.
It is revealed that everything started here with this being the center of the mold network. It has been spreading its roots for hundreds of years before Miranda found it and used its power to make herself a powerful leader.
