This is a very interesting shot, we knew this location before, this is the Valley of the Kings, we’ve seen it on the map of Resident Evil Village. If we look at the map, this angle is taken from Heisenberg’s factory, and we look from these kings sitting there to Dimitrescu Castle.
We’re really looking through this valley at these ancient kings sitting on their thrones what must have been Otto’s mill.
On the left side of the shot, we can actually see a part of Dimitrescu Castle.
